Minh Pho will go into his 4th year with Metro VBC and 3rd year as the head 15s coach.  This past club season the team finished with a record of 43-17.  Minh led the 15s team to a 3rd place finish at Capitol Hill Classic (15 Patriot), a 1st place finish at Irish Rumble (15 National), a 3rd place finish at South Atlantic Championship, and placed 45th at AAU Nationals in 15 Club. Previously, he has coached for another club for the 15’s, 16’s, and 18’s age groups. Minh also coached for 6 years as the JV coach at Westminster High School.

Minh graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Physics w/a Secondary Education concentration and from Stevenson University with a M.A. in Teaching. He currently teaches Human Body Systems and Honors Physics at Wheaton High School in Montgomery County.
