2023 Assist Coach

Stacey Niehoff - 17 North Assistant Coach - 2023

Metro VBC Stacey Niehoff - 17 North Assistant Coach - 2023

I enjoy getting to share my love of volleyball with young athletes and helping them improve their game. I am very excited to be back coaching 17 North again this year and can't wait to see what this years team achieves!

This is Stacey’s 5th year coaching with Metro and third year with 17 North. She has 8 years coaching experience between the high school and club levels. Stacey started playing volleyball in 7th grade. She made the switch to Metro her sophomore year of high school and played for Metro 16, 17, and 18 Travel. Stacey played high school volleyball at Governor Thomas Johnson HS in Frederick, MD. In her senior season, in 2008, the team finished as runners up in the state championship match. Stacey went on to play Division I volleyball at Towson University as a defensive specialist/libero.

She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University in 2013 and her Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from UMBC in 2018. Stacey is currently the Human Resources Manager for a construction company in Frederick, MD.
