Harrison is entering his first year coaching with Metro but previously coached the 14-1’s team at Laguna Beach Volleyball Club in Southern California helping them reach a top 10 finish in SCVA. He first began his volleyball career in 7th grade playing at Orange Coast VBC in Orange County, CA. After that first season, Harrison became captain and setter of his 14-1’s team and then led the team to win a bronze medal at the 2014 Boys USAV Junior Nationals in Columbus, Ohio, while also earning All-Tournament team. Harrison then went on to compete at one of the most premier clubs in the country, 949 Volleyball Club. Harrison’s 15-1’s year he earned a silver medal at the 2016 SCVA Boys Holiday Classic and 2016 SCVA Boys Invitational, securing a bid to the Open Division of the Junior Nationals in Dallas, Texas. Harrison set his 15-1 and 16-1 teams to a top 5 finish in the USAV Junior Nationals each year. In his junior year of high school, Harrison was invited to train with the top college and USA High Performance coaches and among the top 80 players in the country at the 2017 USA Boys Holiday Training Program in Poway, California. Following that year, Harrison competed on Southern California Youth International Team (SCVA) competing at the 2018 USAV High Performance Championships, earning a silver medal. Harrison attended Santa Margarita Catholic High School being a 3-Year Varsity Starter, Scholar-Athlete, and earning a Trinity League Title his senior year. Harrison attends American University where he is currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, and Psychology. He received an offer to play volleyball at George Mason University but decided to take a different path and focus on his academics, professional development, and coaching.
