Lis is returning to Metro to coach this year, after playing for the club from 2015-2019.  During her time playing for Metro, she helped lead her team to many CHRVA tournament first-place finishes as an outside hitter and defensive specialist. She has a degree in both criminal justice and in psychology, and is currently attending UMGC as a criminal justice major with a minor in computer science. Lis is currently working for NIST in Germantown, MD.
