This is Tiana’s fifth season coaching with Metro, but first year as head coach for 15’s S/PW. She started playing volleyball at the Dumfries Boys and Girls club at the age of nine and continued on to play at the collegiate level. Tiana attended Potomac Senior High School where she was a four-year Varsity outside hitter, all - around player, and team captain. Tiana found this to be the perfect stage to share her passion of motivating youth, building confidence, and being a role model for today’s youth to achieve their goals in anything they want to pursue in life.  Tiana has taken the lessons she learned in sports and works to teach others how important teamwork, dedication, and commitment are and how those tools help you through lifes journey.
 

Tiana is currently working at Proflex Physical Therapy as a Front Desk Coordinator. In addition to juggling her work schedule, she attends college and is working towards her Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems with a focus in the finance.
