Kaitlin is returning for her fourth season with Metro. She is the Varsity assistant coach at Forest Park High School.  She has been a part of the program for five years. Kaitlin is a Woodbridge native and started playing club volleyball at the age of 10. She attended Osbourn Park High School, where she was a four-year Varsity outside hitter. Kaitlin continued her volleyball career with 3 years of NAIA college volleyball.

Kaitlin double majored in Health and Physical Education and Sport Management from Virginia Intermont College. She recently finished her Master's degree in Special Education from George Mason. She is currently a high school special education teach for Prince William County Schools.  In her free time, Kaitlin loves to be with friends and family.
